With the knowledge that each individual is unique, Carolina Eldercare is available to support the unique needs of each elder client. If there are special needs or requests, the care manager will evaluate the request and provide the needed service, as appropriate. If the service is one that cannot be provided by the care manager, every effort will be made to identify an appropriate person(s) to meet the client/family needs. These services can run a broad spectrum and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
